In order to join the Affiliate Program, you must meet the following conditions:
You must have a professionally appearing website that adequately and correctly describes our products. Feel free to use the images and product descriptions provided on our website. However, you may not copy our entire website! Your website must have its own identity.
Your website must not promote products or provide information that we deem incompatible to our products (for example, pornographic or otherwise indecent).
Your website must be targeted towards businesses, quality professionals and organizations.
You must not promote our products directly or indirectly through unsolicited mass emails.
Once you are approved as affiliate, we will provide you with the hyperlinks for your "Buy Now" buttons. We will be tracking every purchase made through these specific links and credit you the commission payment (we use "cookies" which are recorded when someone clicks your special "Buy Now" affiliate links; the lifetime of the "cookie" is 30 days, so if someone makes a purchase within 30 days of the initial click, you will be eligible for commission payment).

Referral Program:

You promote our products either by referring your consultancy clients to our website, or you purchase the products for your clients.
You must not promote our products directly or indirectly through unsolicited mass emails.
Once you are approved as referrer, you will qualify for commission payments when you provide us with the following information no later than 72 hours after a purchase is made and no earlier than 144 hours prior to a purchase being made by a client you referred (or by you on behalf of the client):

Commission Payments:
Commission payments are paid every quarter through PayPal. Minimum commission payment is USD $200; if your accumulated commissions add up to less than USD $200, they will be rolled over to the next quarter until USD $200 is reached.

We reserve the right to terminate or alter the Affiliate Program and the Referral
Program at any time and for any reason.
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate or referrer at any time and for any
reason. Specifically, we periodically review our affiliates and referrers and we will
immediately terminate any affiliate or referrer that violates our terms and conditions set
forth above.
In the event that this program is terminated or that an affiliate or referrer is terminated
by us, we will pay all properly earned commissions within one quarter year unless the
affiliate or referrer was terminated for violation of our terms and conditions, in which
case we will only pay commissions earned up to the time of violation of our terms and
conditions (for example, there would be no commission payments for any purchases
subsequent to unsolicited mass emails from you).
All terms and conditions apply equally
to all affiliates including those recruited
